Born and raised in Pompano Beach, FL, David Spence became a devoted steward to a God-given talent of construction from an early age. His Father, David Spence Sr. and life-changing mentors along the way were an inspiration to David as he followed his deep-rooted fascination and sharpened his craft. He is a third-generation General Contractor with more than 30 years of experience and has single handedly grown David Spence Inc., into the premiere home remodeling company of Tampa, FL.
